These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hanumansetu.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from AARNA ENTERPRISES, a business registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on the Site are devotional and spiritual items. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of placing the order.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payment transactions are handled securely by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, natural events, or regional disruptions. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items damaged during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of AARNA ENTERPRISES and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AARNA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
