Returns & Refunds
At Hanumansetu.com, every product is inspected, energetically purified, and carefully packed before it reaches you. Because our items are sacred and devotional in nature, we accept returns only in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during transit.
What qualifies for a return
- A genuine manufacturing defect — for example, cracks, breakage.
- Damage that occurred during shipping or transit.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind or incorrect selection.
- Colour, size, or finish variations that are natural to handcrafted devotional items. Each piece is made by hand and may differ slightly from product photographs — this is a mark of its authenticity, not a defect.
- The size is already mentioned in the product detail page.
Our team's assessment of whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing defect is final.
How to raise a return
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by your courier — by email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +91 78277 19664.
When you write in, please share:
- Clear photographs of the defect or damage.
- An unboxing video, if you recorded one — helpful but not mandatory.
- Your order number and contact details.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will share our return address and full shipping instructions with you directly. Please do not ship anything back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, here is how we proceed:
- We will first send you a replacement of the same product, so your devotional need is fulfilled without delay.
- If the replacement also arrives with a defect or damage, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5 to 7 business days of that confirmation.
- For all approved defect claims, we will also reimburse your return shipping cost.
We believe the right resolution is getting the correct product to you — and we stand fully behind that commitment.
